Leadership in Plant Science Publishing
Editors are the custodians of scientific quality. Your expertise and judgment shape the journal's direction and ensure only rigorous, impactful plant research reaches the community.
Manuscript Assessment
Evaluate submissions for scientific merit, novelty, methodological rigor, and relevance to plant biology. Determine scope fit before initiating review.
Reviewer Selection
Identify qualified plant scientists without conflicts of interest. Balance specialization with perspective diversity for comprehensive evaluation.
Decision Authority
Make accept, revise, or reject decisions based on reviewer reports and independent scientific judgment. Provide clear, constructive feedback.
Timeline Management
Maintain efficient processing. Ensure timely reviewer invitations, follow-up, and decision communication to authors.
